• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate and on MN Registry
• Caregiver Experience preferred
• Must be available evenings and every other weekend
• Professional References
• Dependable and reliable
• Valid Drivers License
• Valid Automobile insurance
• Reliable Transportation
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English
• Must pass background check
